About Us
Hi, we're Bev and Chad!
We purchased the Sunset Suite in August of 2017 to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and 25 years of vacationing on the Marco Island. We’re from Minnesota, empty nesters, and eager to begin the next chapter of our lives!
Our plan is to stay on Marco Island as much as we can, to enjoy the year round beauty and activity on the island. Of course we're used to the "high season" with all the excitement of families on vacation, but have recently learned to love the "off season" too, with more laid back, casual atmosphere. We worried about the Florida summer heat, but discovered the breezes off the ocean and warm ocean water are perfect natural "air conditioners"!

Bev is charge of renting the condo, and has named it the Sunset Suite, because of our love of sunsets and the perfect viewing angles. In fact, west facing properties were the only ones really under consideration in our mulit-year search for this property.

What makes the Sunset Suite special to us? Besides the sunset, it's the water. When you walk into the Sunset Suite, you feel like you're on top of the waterway. You'll be endlessly entertained by the parade of yachts and marine life that seem to be at arms reach from your living room, master bed room and lanai. The unit has it's own private, covered parking, just steps away. One flight of stairs, but no elevators or dreary hallways to navigate through!

Since Bev's job is managing this condo you can be assured you have a friendly contact before and during your vacation to give you tips, tricks and recommendations on Marco and the surrounding area.

She has a developing network of contacts that can help out, even if it means making an urgent delivery to the Sunset Suite. She can provide information on best ways to get to the beach, boat routes to cool places, or advice on scuba diving, bike rental or where to get a bite to eat.
