Dear Bev- We are visiting from MN and WI. It was snowing when we gladly left home. We had a wonderful stay in  your sweet home on water. Every detail was noticed from the beautiful decor to the cleanliness of the entire home. Even the tissue flowers were loved by all! We all enjoyed sitting out on the patio watching the many boats and dolphins go by. We loved fishing off the dock and catching the many fighting fish!! What can we say? This condo has it all!! 10/10 Perfect!

A beautiful balcony with views of dolphins pelicans and wildlife whilst having breakfast or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset. Easy access to many attractions and restaurants. We loved walking the southern beaches, the Marco Princess evening cruise, Jacks Bar, CiaoBella, Mareks, Snook Inn and the Old Marco Brewery to name a few. 11 nights passed by far too quickly and we now have to head home to the cold UK winter. Thank you Bev, we will be back!

Perfect paradise! Glorious 5 days/4 nights spent here at Bev’s beautiful place. Loved watching the dolphins, having the pool (most days) to ourselves and the rejuvenating sunshine! Great vacation! 3 trips to Tigertail beach at low tide, wonderful shelling experience finding sand dollars and many other beautiful shells! Off shore fishing charter with Capt Chuck and Sunshine Tours, caught mackerel and even a shark! Hit all the little shops for souvenirs. Took a trip to Naples to Freedom Park, Tin City and shopping on 5th Ave. Everglade City for a buggy ride and kids got to hold an alligator. All had a great time but ready to head home, we miss our dog. Go Steelers!

We have stayed at many places in Marco Island and your place is by far the Best. You have thought of every detail and we were in need of nothing the entire time. We spent our days watching the dolphins, hanging at the glorious pool, and fishing from the docks. Our 5 year old son caught many fish that he was thrilled about!

Nicely decorated with everything gloriously beachy! Updated, clean, with everything needed and well-stocked. We visited for only 5 days, 3 of which were very cold and 2 of them with rain all day long, so did not get to enjoy the view from the lanai as often as we had dreamed of, however, the evening we arrived, it was before sunset and we were able to see dolphins right out front. The beach equipment and toys in the closet looked in exceptional condition, but unfortunately were not used during our stay. Owner was also very responsive by text when needed for a brief internet outage with the WiFi (not the fault of the facility). If we visit again, we would definitely stay here, and recommend it to friends!

Our 5 night stay at Sunset Suite was spectacular. The condo has everything you could possibly need - loads of towels, blankets, pillows, fishing equipment, beach equipment, well stocked kitchen, spices and oils. The suit is clean, fresh and spacious. Bev has thought of everything and she is the perfect "remote" hostess with local contacts in case they are needed. The view from the second floor balcony made the trip so special. We saw pods of dolphins and birds each day. The parade of boats that go by day and night is so impressive.

This was our second time staying in this perfect condo and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Bev - you were so right about the dolphins - they were everywhere this time! We absolutely loved eating breakfast on the balcony and watching the dolphins jump and play. This place feels just like home and I hate leaving. We’ll be back soon!

Splendid “girls weekend” on Marco Island. We spent 4 relaxing days at this condo and loved everything about it. The entire condo was extremely comfortable and we loved how organized everything was here. The fact that we could walk to several restaurants was so nice. Our favorite place was the balcony - we really enjoyed sitting out there every morning and evening watching the dolphins. Unfortunately, it's time to head back home today. This is a wonderful condo right on the inner waterway on Marco Island. It is beautifully and comfortably decorated. The kitchen is amazing--it has everything you need to actually prepare meals. The balcony overlooks the water, where we enjoyed dolphins, birds and fish when quiet, and a parade of boaters during the day. There is a lovely pool on the premises, and a covered parking spot. Several restaurants are a short walk down the street. We agreed that this was the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in--delightful!

Great CONDO! Everything I typically buy at the store was already here! Nicely furnished, Friendly owner & an excellent location! My family loves to fish so being right on this waterway has been a blast. Sitting on the deck watching every kind of person go by in every kind of boat was always entertaining!

 I want to thank you for a wonderful stay!! The place is beautiful. It felt like our home away from home. You thought of everything! We used all your beach items in the closet, spent many hours on the deck watching all the activities. I think we started a new tradition with the pirate ship that comes by each evening…When their music is playing you need to dance! The boat will go wild with applause! We hope to visit again soon! Lots of good food in walking distance. We enjoyed LeeBee Fish, Cafe De Marco and the Snook. SKOL!

We found the all the reviews we read on your condo to be true, very comfortable, clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Thank you for sharing! The week was a little cool but a wonderful experience. We had some issues with noise from next door as well, but ok after making a call…quiet the rest of the week. Loved all the fresh seafood from many of the restaurants listed by others.

Totally agree with everyone else-this condo is beautiful and very well stocked. It has been a girls get away for us and we haven’t missed the snow where we are from. We enjoyed the Bolly Bridges Show at Snook and Stan’s in Goodland-funny funny funny! Food recommendations for us would be Mareks and Mangos and of course Doreen’s. Parking at Doreen’s is horrible but worth it!

Night noise from next door in multi million dollar unit was horrible! I slept in the twin bedroom and couldn’t get to sleep until well after 4 in the morning. Rude rude rude on their part.

Beautifully decorated condo in a GREAT area. Old Marco is so charming with all of the restaurants and shops. Favorite activities-Botanical Gardens in Naples, Marco Island Historical Museum, The Rookery. Visiting art galleries in “Old Naples”. Favorite restaurants LeeBe Fish-great fish tacos, Mareks-live music  and margaritas. We are sad to leave this magical place.

Our time here has been amazing! Bev supplies this place with everything you might need. We were here for 5 weekend had lots of time to explore the area. Some of my favorite things…Day trip with Island Gypsy Excursions-our favorite-Cape Romano. Airboat Ride..Speedy in Everglades City. Eating at LeeBe Fish Co. Sunset on the beaches (with wine). Shelling Sitting on the deck here watching the dolphins, pelicans and boats. Dolphin Tiki Hut-harder to find but good food. Kayaking in the mangroves with Kayak Marco-they start at a beach where anyone can get into the boat and the Edison/Ford Museum in Fort Myers.

Though we did take many outside trips it was nice to lay on the chairs outside and watch plenty of boats passing by. Even my son enjoyed the relaxing nature.
